Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil then add potatoes, cauliflower, garlic and carrots.
  2. Cook until potatoes are tender but still firm about 15 minutes then drain well.
  3. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper then beat until smooth and sprinkle with parsley and serve.
