Ingredients:

  • 1 package yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons of water
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients
  3. Spoon into greased muffin tims
  4. Bake for 15 -20 minutes in a 400 degree oven
