The batter for these great rolls will keep in the refrigerator for several days, so it may be made ahead of time and baked when needed!
Ingredients:
1 package yeast
2 tablespoons warm water (110 degrees)
2 cups warm water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 cups self rising flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons of water
2. Combine all remaining ingredients
3. Spoon into greased muffin tims
4. Bake for 15 -20 minutes in a 400 degree oven
