Ingredients:

  • 2 (12 oz) bags fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup brandy (or orange-flavored liquor)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place cranberries in 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Cover cranberries with 2 cups of granulated sugar, do not stir. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir in brandy and allow to cool in baking dish for 20 minutes. Refrigerate until serving time.
