Spinach Stawberry Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. For the dressing
  2. Mix all ingredients together and set aside
  3. For the salad
  4. Spray an 8 to 10 inch skillet with non stick spray
  5. Heat over meduim/high heat
  6. Cook chicken 15 to 20 minutes until juices run clear and center is no longer pink
  7. Remove chicken to cutting board
  8. Add dressing to skillet and stir to loosen any pan drippings just heat through.
  9. Remove dressing from heat
  10. Cut chicken into slices or bite size pieces
  11. Arrange spinach on serving plates
  12. Top with chicken and strawberries
  13. Drizzle with dressing
  14. Top with walnuts
  15. Enjoy
