Spinach Ring

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Thaw dough according to package directions
  3. Saute onions, garlic and spinach in olive oil (set aside)
  4. Roll dough to a rectangle (approx 10 x 15)
  5. Sprinkle spinach over surface
  6. Add Mozzarella, parmesan
  7. Starting from longer end roll like a jelly roll
  8. Pinch seams to close ends forming a circle
  9. Mix well the egg white and water brush on the ring covering all the surface
  10. Sprinkle with poppy, sesame seeds or parmesan cheese
  11. Bake about 30 minutes (light golden color)
  12. Serve hot
  13. Optional: Add pepperoni thin slices or ham.
  14. You can also leave it as a loaf instead of ring
  15. Slice in diagnal pieces
