Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put all of the dough ingredients in this order. Use setting 8. Dough takes about 1.5 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to maximum temperature. Place pizza stone in oven while it preheats. Once the oven is finished preheating, start getting the pizza ready.
  3. Generously sprinkle extra whole wheat flour on the counter to roll the dough. Estimate the size of your stone for size of the dough.
  4. Without removing the stone from the oven, sprinkle the pizza stone with the flour or semolina. Place the dough directly onto the stone and quickly spread the garlic and cheese on the dough. Top with the washed spinach and close the oven. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the spinach is wilted and slightly charred.
  5. Remove the pizza with the stone from the oven and drizzle with olive oil. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
