Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Sift dry ingredients together. Add spinach, raw bacon, and cheese and mix slightly
  3. Beat milk, oil & egg together and stir into dry ingredients. Mix until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Two thirds fill greased muffin tins.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve with butter
