Spinach Lasagna Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In bowl combine spinach, mozza, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan and egg. spread 1/6 of mixture over each of 6 cooked drained lasagna noodles. roll up and secure with toothpick. place seam side down in an 11 x 7 baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Remove from fridge 30 min before baking. pour tomato sauce over roll-ups. cover and bake at 350 for 33-38min or until bubbly.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve
