Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Boil noodles for 8 - 10 minutes (very al dente).
  3. Mix ricotta, spinach, egg, and spices together (and 1/2 tsp salt).
  4. Make 3 Layers: noodles, 1/3 mixture, 1/3 mozz cheese, 1/3 parmesan, 1 c. sauce in each layer.
  5. Bake covered in foil for 1 hour, remove foil for last 15 minutes.
  6. Let stand 15 min before serving.
