Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toast walnuts then cool, coarsely grind in food processor.
  2. Drain Spinach.
  3. Combine all ingredients in large bowl until moistened.
  4. Scoop 1/2 cup and form into patties
  5. Place on parchment paper and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees
  6. Can freeze for up to 2 months after baking
