Spinach Bread (Using Canned Spinach)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Lightly grease cookie sheet, set aside.
  3. Drain spinach well, set aside.
  4. Roll thawed dough into 13x6 and 1/2 inch rectangle.
  5. Spread spinach on dough.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over spinach.
  7. Roll up rectangle, jelly roll fasion.beginning at long side.
  8. Pinch seams and edges together to seal.
  9. Place roll, seam side down on cookie sheet.
  10. Lightly beat egg and then brush egg over roll.
  11. Bake 15 minutes.
