Spicy Texas Beef Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place beef, garlic, onion, & peppers into a skillet.
  2. Cook until meat is lightly browned & onions are tender.
  3. Stir in rest of ingredients EXCEPT cream cheese & parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover & simmer gently for 10 minute.
  5. Spoon off excess fat.
  6. Remove from heat & add cheeses.
  7. Heat & atir until cream cheese ia melted & well combined.
  8. Serve warm.
