Directions:

  1. Melt butter in medium frying pan over medium heat
  2. Sautee onion until soft
  3. Add ginger, chili, coriander, tumeric, cumin, tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft
  4. Add lightly beaten eggs
  5. Salt and pepper lightly
  6. Cook eggs to consistency you like
