  2. Melt butter, add cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat, add cheeses & cayenne, set aside.
  4. Chicken:.
  5. Combine melted butter, chicken, tomatoes, green onions, & mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic powder in a hot saute pan.
  6. Saute just until everything is hot.
  7. Add cream and half the Romano sauce and allow to thicken.
  8. Add Penne, toss, and serve.
