Spicy Roast Duck a La Princess

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh duck (, frozen will do)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp lawry's seasoned salt

Directions:

  1. If using frozen duck, thaw out over night
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Clean duck by rinsing, removing giblets, excess fat and blood
  4. Rub generously with olive oil.
  5. Mix the pepper, paprika, Cajun seasoning, garlic clove, and seasoning salt in small dish
  6. Sprinkle mixture on the inside and outside of duckling.
  7. Place in oven bag.
  8. Cut 2 small slits on the top of the bag and put in oven for 1 hr and 30 minutes, or until juices run clear.
