Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in large frying pan and cook for about 15 minutes or until hot.
  2. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
