Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup purchased peanut satay sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp grated gingerroot

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients and brush over both sides of lamb chops.
  3. Heat remaining sauce and bring to a simmer.
  4. Grill the chops about 5-7 minutes per side for medium.
  5. Serve with remaining sauce.
