Spicy Orange Pork Chops

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, heat oil and brown sugarand brown chops on both sides. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Drain fat from chops and pour sauce over them.
  5. Cover and simmer on the stove top for 30 minutes or until done, depending on the thickness of the chops.
