Ingredients:

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 buns
  • 4 slices tomatoes
  • 4 slices onions

Directions:

  1. Mix the hamburger, garlic cloves, and green chili pepper.
  2. Add coriander, pepper, cumin, turmeric, paprika; mix.
  3. Coat with flour; fry.
  4. Top with the tomatoes, onions, and lettuce.
