Spicy Ham And Cheese Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 2 package. of heat and serve square rolls.
  • 2 sticks of butter softened .
  • 1 16 oz package of shredded swiss cheese
  • 3 tbsp of minced onion
  • 3 tbsp of yellow mustard
  • 3 tbsp of poppy seeds
  • 1 lb of thinly sliced deli ham chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cut rolls in half leaving the tops and bottoms attached ( like a hamburger bun).
  3. In a bowl or food processor mix all ingredients except the ham and cheese. until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture on the insides of the rolls (top and bottom)
  5. Layer the ham and cheese on the bottom rolls and replace the tops.
  6. Bake in over for 10 to 15 minutes or until the rolls are warm and cheese has melted.
  7. Cut into squares 3 rolls per square and serve warm.
