Spicy Couscous

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • dash allspice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • butter (optional)

Directions:

  1. Put couscous in microwaveable bowl, mug, or cup
  2. Fill with water so that it just covers the top of the couscous
  3. Put in microwave for 2 minutes
  4. Drain any excess water
  5. Mix in spices
  6. Add butter to taste
