Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, butter, milk, pumpkin and spice then bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  2. Continue boiling over medium heat stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chips.
  4. Add creme, nuts and vanilla mixing until well blended.
  5. Quickly pour into a greased rectangular pan spreading evenly.
  6. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.
  7. Store in refrigerator.
