Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb almonds
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Heat oven 400.
  2. Place almonds on a baking sheet. Toast 10-15 minutes, tossing often until golden.
  3. Remove. Let cool.
  4. Toss with the rest.
  5. Return to baking sheet. Roast 10 minutes.
  6. Let cool.
