PUDDING: Combine bread crumbs and milk and mix with butter, sugar and molasses. Sift together the dry ingredients and stir. Blend raisins. Pour in 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with Satin Sauce.
SATIN SAUCE: Beat egg and water in a saucepan until foamy. Stir in molasses and salt. Cook over low heat 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Serve hot.
