Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream the butter and sugar till fluffy
  2. Add the eggs one at a time
  3. Beat in a good shot of rum
  4. Sift the flour and baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and coffee powder
  5. Peel apples and dice into small pieces
  6. Combine dry ingredients with creamed mixture.
  7. Blend in the apples well
  8. Grease a loaf form and dust with fine bread crumbs or cookie crumbs
  9. Place in apple mixture
  10. Bake 200C for about 50 minutes or tested done
  11. Cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving
