Spaghetti Alla Rughetta

Ingredients:

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 -2 small chili pepper
  • 100 g rocket

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta following package directions avoid overcooking.
  2. Meanwhile heat the oil and gently fry chopped garlic with chilli pepper.
  3. During the last few minutes of cooking add rocket leaves to pasta.
  4. Drain pasta and stir in garlic, oil and chilli.
  5. Serve immediatly.
