Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot (2 inches worth)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Slice the carrot in half lengthwise. Score slices deeply, making the cuts close together.
  2. Drizzle with soy sauce and let stand 30 minutes. Chop.
