Ingredients:

  • 4 oz onion
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; rub over pork chops. Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce and lemon juice. Pour over pork chops. Gently rub bag to distribute sauce. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
  2. If grilling the pork chops, coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill chops, covered, over medium heat or broil 6 in. from the heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
