Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray large sauce pan with cooking spray.
  2. Heat pan for about 1/2 minute, then add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
  3. Add onion, garlic and cumin and cook until onion is tender.
  4. Add broth, salsa, beans and corn.
  5. Heat to a boil.
  6. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes.
