Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 8 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with desired dippers.
  2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Velveeta Pepper Jack for pasteurized prepared cheese product.
  3. Southwest Fondue With Chorizo: Prepare recipe as directed. Stir in 9 oz. finely chopped, fully cooked chorizo. Makes 7 cups. Prep: 20 min.
