  1. Boil eggs until they are hard boiled.
  2. Let cool and peel.
  3. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out the yellow center.
  4. Mix the yellow yolk with the mayonaisse, mustard, onion, cajun seasoning. salt and pepper and pickle relish.
  5. Stuff the egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle the top with paprika..
