Southern Style Deviled Eggs |

My own spin on a southern classic Ingredients:
6 eggs |
1 to 2 tbsp mayonaisse |
1 tsp mustard |
1 tbsp dill pickle relish |
1/4 tsp cajun seasoning ( i use tony's chacheres) |
1/2 tsp finely minced onion |
smoked paprika |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Boil eggs until they are hard boiled. 2. Let cool and peel. 3. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out the yellow center. 4. Mix the yellow yolk with the mayonaisse, mustard, onion, cajun seasoning. salt and pepper and pickle relish. 5. Stuff the egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle the top with paprika.. |
