Soothing Colds and Coughs With Honey (3 in 1)

Ingredients:

  • 6 fl oz liquid honey
  • 2 oz glycerin
  • 2 lemons , juice of
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 quart hot water
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. For cough- Mix honey, glycerin and lemon juice.
  2. Bottle and cork firmly.
  3. Use as needed.
  4. For Blocked noses- Place honey in a basin of hot water and inhale fumes after covering your head with a towel over the basin.
  5. For Sore throats- Let 1 teaspoon of honey melt in the back of the mouth and trickle down the throat.
  6. This will ease inflamed raw tissues.
