Something Special Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp salt , added to water

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into small chunks.
  2. Boil in salted water until you cannot pick up a piece with a fork.
  3. Drain all the water from the potatoes and place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Beat until creamy smooth.
  5. Serve hot.
