Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream shortening, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until fluffy.
  2. Stir in zucchini.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, and add to zucchini mixture.
  4. Stir in oatmeal until well blended.
  5. Add nuts and raisins.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
