Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Place eggs in a medium saucepan. Cover with water one inch above eggs. Cover and cook over high heat, bringing water to a boil. Remove from heat; leave eggs, covered, in hot water for 1 to 4 minutes, depending on desired degree of doneness.
  2. Remove eggs from pan with a slotted spoon; place eggs in a bowl of ice water until cool enough to handle.
  3. To serve, break shell at widest point with knife. Scoop egg out of shell, and serve immediately.
