Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Rinse fish and pat dry.
  3. Lightly grease a small shallow baking pan with some of oil.
  4. Rub remaining oil over top of fish.
  5. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish.
  6. Bake, uncovered, about 20 min. or until fish flakes easily.
