Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mountain: arrange the pyramids on a large platter or individual dessert plates.
  2. Snowcap: Top each pyramid with whipped cream. Decorate with the white chocolate and shredded coconut and serve. Note: do not add the whipped cream until just before serving.
  3. Optional: garnish each snowcap with a few mini chocolate chips OR: I finely grated a Hershey's 'Cookies 'n' Cream' candy bar because I don't always have the best luck finding mini chocolate chips. I think mini chocolate chips are more of a seasonal food item-at least where we live.
