Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. - Preheat oven to 400
  2. - Mix butter and sugar
  3. - Add vanilla and eggs
  4. - Add dried ingredients (flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt)
  5. - Mix thoroughly
  6. - Roll into 1 balls
  7. - Put 2T of sugar and 2t of cinnamon in bowl
  8. - Cover top and sides of cookie ball with mixture (just not bottom)
  9. - Place on cookie sheet
  10. - Bake for 8-10 min
  11. - Cool
