Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 -2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Cream first 3 ingredients together.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
  3. Roll into balls and press into sugar.
  4. Place on lightly greased cookie pan sugar/cinnamon side up.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
