Ingredients:

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup of flax seeds
  • 80 g oat bran
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Mix Dry
  2. Mix Wet
  3. Mix Together
  4. Press into oiled cookie sheet
  5. Cool
  6. Refigerate
