Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a pot brown sausage or bacon and slice into bite size pieces. Save drippings.
  2. Add onions, garlic, spring onions and white wine vinegar.
  3. Add cabbage and seasoning, spices, herbs and sugar.
  4. Lower heat when cabbage begins to wilt. Do not let the cabbage liquid dry up completely. If it does add a little butter.
  5. Serve with pork chops, roast, etc.
