Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat a 4 quart pot on a medium burner, add the olive oil and the onions and sautė until it starts to brown.
  2. Add the chicken and sausage and sautė.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Turn the heat down to a simmer and let it cook for 10 minutes or until the greens are tender.
  5. Taste for salt/pepper and adjust accordingly.
