Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Press 1lb sausage into bottom of pie tin up to the rim
  2. Layer hash browns, salt/pepper to taste
  3. Layer carmelized vidalia onions
  4. Layer shredded cheddar cheese
  5. Layer muenster slices
  6. Press remaining sausage to make a crust
  7. Crosshatch bacon strips over crust
  8. Put in smoker for about 2 hrs(I use hickory/applewood combo), remove from pie tin and bake in oven 350 for about 1/2 to help excess fat runoff.
