Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz) can salmon
  • 1 (6 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 -5 drops liquid smoke , to taste
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • dill weed , to taste

Directions:

  1. Finely chop salmon.
  2. Stir together with cream cheese,milk,lemon juice,liquid smoke and pepper.
  3. Add dill and serve with assorted crackers or fresh vegetables.
