Directions:

  1. Lay your salmon fillet on a pretty plate. Lay a fork for service with the salmon.
  2. Beside the salmon lay your piece of cream cheese. Put 1/2 cup of pepper jelly in a microwave safe container and heat till it is melted. Pour over the cream cheese. Lay a cocktail knife next to it for service. Serve with crackers.
