Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare your smoker.
  2. Mix the bbq sauce and liqiud smoke.
  3. Spread a 1/4 inch layer of sauce in the pan(s).
  4. Place shrimp on sauce, leaving half on top, uncovered.
  5. Place in smoker and cook.
  6. My smoker takes about 30 minutes to cook completely.
  7. When done, pour shrimp into shallow dish.
  8. Stir gently to cover with sauce.
  9. Serve warm.
