Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 3 lbs roast beef
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 2 cups potatoes
  • 1 cup onions
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Brown beef in oil.
  2. Place carrots in bottom of slow cooker.
  3. Place browned beef in slow cooker.
  4. Add potatoes and onions.
  5. Mix gravy mix with water.
  6. Add to slow cooker.
  7. Cook on high for 8 hours.
