Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl,combine sugar and baking mix.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Stir in butter and milk.
  5. Add peaches and cinnamon
  6. Pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
